BANKS’ debut album “Goddess” debuted on Sept. 5 as a hosh posh of both heavily-modified, studio produced beats and natural-sounding acoustic guitar and piano. BANKS’ instrumental-prevalent style, along with her haunting vocals (comparable to that of Lorde) are an instant hit and a sublime addition to modern pop music.
