Everyone says that these years are the best years of your life. That’s not how I see it.
Over the course of my senior year, I’ve come to realize that these four years have prepared me for life in the oddest way.
From the friends that became like family, to the friends that you lost from years past. These high school experiences are memories that we will never forget. From the unforgettable songs that I sang in the A Capella choir, to the success of sweepstakes all these years, from the group dinners and late nights in deadline with newspaper, to learning everything I needed to from my parents, I realize that the best years are yet to come, and I can’t wait to start my life. I have lifetime friends and unforgettable mentors who have been like second parents to me through a major part of my life. No one knows what becoming a high school graduate will bring.
All I know is, this is the beginning.
