For the first time since 2009, students whom have purchased a yearbook will have the opportunity to get together and make memories. On Friday during A4, students will be released approximately within the first thirty minutes of class to the cafeteria, to receive their yearbooks, among other treats.
In addition, other students can purchase a $5 admission ticket too. However, if students do not pay by tomorrow, they will not able to go to the party or receive their yearbooks until Friday afternoon.
Besides receiving yearbooks, students will have the opportunity to purchase yearbooks from previous years. In addition, the journalism department will be selling Sharpie markers for $1 each and colored pens for $.50 each, among snacks such as chips and drinks.
The journalism department aim to get students to have fun through activities such a photo booth and a hula hoop contest, but also hopes to encourage more students to purchase yearbooks in the future.
