French Cream Fruit Dip

French cream fruit dip complements fruit without overwhelming or taking from the taste. It’s creamy, light and sweet — perfect for snacking.

What you’ll need:
– 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese

– 1 cup of powdered sugar

– 1 cup of whipping cream

– ¼ cup of granulated sugar

– 1 lemon (juiced)

– Pineapple juice

Soften the cream cheese. Then whip with the powdered sugar.

Whip the whipping cream with the sugar until it forms soft peaks.

Combine the two mixtures along with the lemon juice and pineapple juice, adding just enough pineapple juice to achieve desired consistency.

Serve with a fresh fruit tray or fruit salad. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
